Christian Brothers Automotive Inver Grove Heights

If I could give 10 stars I would. We recently started going to Christian Brothers because it is close to our house and very convenient. We started with her daughter’s car that needed a simple oil change and AC charge. Last week I was using my husband’s car and was having a problem with the electric seat. I was supposed to take it on a trip the next day and took it by Christian Brothers to see if they could help. Adam came out and helped me out and a pinch. All free of charge. This week, I brought my car in because it was scheduled for service and I knew it needed brakes. They were fast, thorough and explained everything to me. And I know I paid way less than I would’ve at the dealership, which is where I’ve done my service since owning the car. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. (Noelle and Marquis) They even have a free shuttle service, if necessary. You definitely have customers for a very long time. And lucky for you, we have way too many cars.

We had a tough situation happen where our car battery died and we had a road trip planned that weekend, and it wasn’t as simple as changing out a new one. Thankfully, with our insurance plan, we were able to get the car to be towed to Christian Brothers. Our experience was nothing but a joy there. It reminds me of what it means to actually work with local family owned businesses. This is the real deal. Unprompted the staff noticed that we had a car seat in the back and left a small gesture of kindness for our little one. The issue was resolved within a few hours, and we were able to take our road trip without worry thanks to Christian Brothers. Client for life.

Had our power steering pump replaced July 24th. The lobby was clean, the staff were friendly. Only issue I had was the tech didn't bleed the rack and pinion, so our vehicle had to self adjust over the weekend. Technician could use a little more training Only other thing I'd change is the labor cost and diagnostic fee. Four stars otherwise

This was my first visit here. The staff is amazing. Text updates were great. I normally go to the dealership and decided to keep it local. I was super impressed they sent a video like the dealership does. Recommendations they gave were right in line with the dealership. But we're not pushy at all. Just a realistic approach. They did recommend a brake fluid flush which on a 7 year old vehicle seems to be what it needed. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

These guys have earned my business. I plan on bringing all my vehicles here. Adam the service writer is very kind, genuine and down to earth, every interaction has been with realness and integrity. I’ve brought my 30 yr old truck in a couple times and they always keep me well informed and even let me know of fixes that I can do at home to save a bunch of money. That kind of stuff means a lot and they showed me real integrity the last time I brought my truck in. Even when they were slammed with vehicles, they fit me in and found my issue and fixed it quick. My truck runs likes it brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Such a weight off my shoulders.
